1. What types of data do you provide access to?
By subscribing, you will have access to the following data:
- Transactions since 1994
- Register of owners
- Construction certificates since 1995
- Plots data
- Buildings data

2. Where do our data come from ?
We collect all our data from public sources, government sites, and other public databases such as FAO and SITG.
3. How is the data processed ?
Our internal data sorting algorithm automates the process using specified parameters. At the same time, we manually review some data to ensure quality and reliability.
4. Where is the data stored ?
We host data on a server in Switzerland, using one of the most secure technologies available on the market.
5. Are my searches recorded ?
No, your searches remain encrypted and completely private. As a result, we do not have access to your saved searches or preferences.
Payment method, Card:
No. In accordance with current regulations, we do not store payment data.
We give you 48 hours to update your payment method. After this period, you will no longer have access to the platform. However, your filters and ratings will be saved on your profile, and your account will remain active for 365 days. Afterwards, your account will be archived.
